The Story Behind the Numbers
We started because event planning kept breaking budgets. Not anymore.
Why We Exist
Back in 2019, Prasert watched his cousin lose money on a wedding that spiraled out of control. The vendors were fine. The venue looked great. But nobody taught them how to track what they were actually spending.
That's when it clicked. People don't need fancier event software. They need to understand where their money goes before committing to anything. So we built a training program that walks through real scenarios — corporate launches, community festivals, private celebrations.
By 2023, we'd helped over 400 people in Thailand learn budget planning the practical way. Not theory from textbooks. Real cases where someone had to choose between lighting upgrades or better catering within a fixed amount.

What Drives Us Forward
Transparency First
No hidden costs in our courses. No upsells halfway through. You see the full curriculum and pricing upfront. We believe people make better decisions when they know exactly what they're getting.
Practical Over Perfect
Our students work with messy budgets that shift mid-project. We teach adjustment strategies, not rigid formulas. Because that's how events actually work when vendors change quotes or attendance numbers fluctuate.
Community Feedback
We update our materials based on what graduates tell us. When three people struggle with the same concept, we rewrite that module. This isn't static education — it evolves with real experiences.

How We Actually Teach This
Most financial education talks about principles. We skip straight to application. You'll build three full event budgets during the program — one small gathering, one medium corporate function, and one large-scale event.
Each budget gets peer-reviewed. Other students point out what you missed or where costs look inflated. It's uncomfortable at first, but that's where the learning happens. By week eight, you're catching budget gaps that would've cost thousands.
Who's Leading This
Our instructors have managed event budgets ranging from 50,000 to 5 million baht. They've dealt with last-minute vendor cancellations, currency fluctuations, and clients who suddenly want ice sculptures.

Siriporn Kaewmani
Lead Financial Instructor
Siriporn spent twelve years coordinating events for hospitality groups across Southeast Asia. She's the one who'll tell you when your catering budget looks too optimistic or when you're overpaying for AV equipment.
Before joining us in 2021, she was tracking budgets for conferences with 2,000+ attendees. Now she breaks down those systems into formats that work for someone planning their first company retreat. Her favorite part is watching students catch their own mistakes before they become expensive problems.
Ready to Stop Guessing With Your Budget?
Our next program starts in September 2025. Limited to 18 participants so everyone gets direct feedback on their work.
